WE HAVE SOME NEWS
For several years, Kelly Fust and Joe Cooper have been working on a plan to transition SIGS to Brittany and Tyler Alexander. Training and mentoring them through every aspect of the business, including quiet involvement in programs and strategic decisions as SIGS has continued to grow. It has been a true blessing to have this time together to ensure a thorough education and clear approach as we all move forward.
We wanted our staff to be the first to know, and we felt that kicking off our holiday season, and looking forward to the promise and excitement of 2020 would be a perfect time to share our news!
This is not goodbye. A lifetime commitment to athletes, community, and family does not stop. We will continue to see Kelly and Joe here with us.
Kelly Fust will still be involved at SIGS in coaching, classes, and an advisory role.
Joe “The King” Cooper will coach and mentor athletes and staff (as well as tell us amazing jokes).
For more than 40 years, SIGS has been committed to our community as a place for children to learn and grow. That will not change. The legacy of providing a safe and healthy environment for families will continue.
The name, the people, and the mission of SIGS will continue. Our administrative team of directors, coaches, instructors, and staff are integral to the continued success of SIGS Sportsplex.
We look forward to 2020 and beyond.
With love, grace, and blessings beyond measure, we give thanks.
