Aerial and Trampoline Classes
Our Aerial classes are great for FUN and FITNESS!
New in 2018 - this program uses silks - fabric - to focus on upper body strength and core conditioning. Students ages 8 - adults are welcome. We have two levels of classes, beginner and intermediate.
Beginner students will work on comfortability with the fabrics, including technique. Circuits are designed to improve core and upper body strength and flexibility.
Classes are 50-60 minutes and are divided by age and level. Classes are $70/month - no member fees! Ask about a free trial class!
Participants should wear close-fitting clothes that allow a full range of motion. Items with hooks or zippers are discouraged as they can snag the fabric. Knees, armpits, and waists should be covered. Please bring a water bottle to class.
Did you know that Trampoline is an Olympic Sport?
The sport of Trampoline & Tumbling have three apparatus; Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline, and Power Tumbling. SIGS also has a rod floor for tumbling in addition to our tumble tracks, spring and dead floors.
Your child will learn the basics of the sport while increasing their balance, flexibility, strength and air awareness.
We have co-ed classes for beginners and intermediate / advanced participants.
Participants need socks and can wear shorts and a shirt or a leotard.
