Learn To Fly

Focused on Fundamentals

CHEER TUMBLING

SIGS teaches buildable progressions and series in classes focused solely on tumbling. Students will use trampolines, mats, spring and 'dead' floors to learn techniques.

TRAMPOLINE + TUMBLING

SIGS is proud to offer classes in the Olympic sport of Trampoline + Tumbling. Athletes soar high on specialized equipment, including trampolines, and use a rod floor for increased power and air awareness.

Both programs are co-ed and divided by age and skill.
