BILLING FOR CLASSES
SIGS will process payments for classes on the 20th of the month automatically for the following month. For example, for the month of September, you will be billed on August 20. If your enrollment occurs between the 20th of the present month and the 1st of the following month, your account will be charged for the month's tuition on the 1st.
We ask that each student commit to a 2-month minimum for classes.
DROP PROCEDURE: PARENTS MUST NOTIFY SIGS Sportsplex TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. In order to cancel payment, we must receive notification of your intention to drop the class 72 hours (3 business days) in advance of the 20th in order to not be billed. This can be communicated by email to email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, by phone at 812-949-7447 or in person at the SIGS front office. There is also a SIGS Drop Request that you can process in this Parent Portal.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff that your child is dropping the class. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes.
MAKEUP POLICY We can not accommodate make-ups; however, with a doctors note, we will give an account credit for missed classes due to illness. There are no refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays. TEAM PARTICIPANTS DO NOT MAKE UP MISSED PRACTICES.
Photo/Video Release -SIGS Sportsplex likes to use photos of its participants for local advertisements and videos. If you DO NOT want your child(s) photo/video to be used in promotional advertisements please put this in writing and either email it email@example.com or drop it off at the Front Registration Office.
WHAT TO WEAR Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR leotards for girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. For Gymnastics class participants please remove both shoes and socks prior to class time. Tennis shoes and socks are permitted for Cheer Tumbling classes. For Trampoline Classes participants must have socks on for each class. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. No cell phones are allowed to be used during class time. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Wait for your student at the doublewide glass doors in the Lobby Area. Gymnastics as well as Trampoline class participants will enter and exit the doors on the left of the lobby. Cheer Tumbling participants will enter and exit the doors on the right of the Lobby. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
